DELIVERY & RETURNS
At Sarah Royal Perfumes, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your fragrance reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
• We offer delivery across Pakistan.
• International shipping may be available where applicable.
• Delivery time may vary depending on your location, order processing, and courier service.
• Shipping and delivery details will be provided during the ordering process.
• Please ensure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct to avoid unnecessary delays.
ORDER PROCESSING
• Your order will be processed after the required advance payment is received.
• Our team will carefully prepare and securely package your fragrances for dispatch.
• Orders will be handed over to the courier service for delivery once they are ready.
30% ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY
• A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your order.
• The remaining 70% will be payable at the time of delivery.
• Your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch after the 30% advance payment has been received.
• The 30% advance payment is non-refundable.
• In case of an approved return or exchange, no cash refund will be provided. A replacement perfume will be offered according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the personal nature of perfumes and fragrances, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted in the following cases:
• The product was received damaged or broken.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is defective or has a leakage issue.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
• Return or exchange requests will be reviewed and verified by our team.
• Once the issue is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.
• Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, broken, defective, leaking, or contains the wrong product:
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Share your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
• Our team will review the issue.
• If the request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution according to our policy.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.
• The 30% advance payment is non-refundable.
• Approved returns or exchanges do not qualify for a cash refund.
• A replacement perfume will be provided where applicable.
